Prattco Creekway Management (PCM) was launched 2017 to manage office and industrial buildings in Texas and surrounding Sunbelt States. PCM provides a wide range of services to include in-house engineers, institutional reporting, rigorous cost control and accounting services. By leveraging the PCM team’s 80-year accumulated experience and thorough knowledge of the office and industrial industry, PCM has quickly achieved a strong market presence, with several million square feet currently under management.
The owners and principals of the firm are Rebecca Tatsch, Lance Bozman, Chad Lunsford, and Blake Bozman. Lance and Chad are long-time real estate veterans from Lincoln Property Company and GE Real Estate. The partners have leased over 7 million SF of investment-grade commercial property, with direct ownership in more than 5 million SF and asset-management responsibility for more than 100 million SF.
PCM is managed by Rebecca Tatsch. Rebecca has performed the roles of property manager, general manager, construction manager, portfolio manager, and director of property management, leading (and sometimes founding and training from inception) large teams in each of these positions. Rebecca has successfully managed many of DFW’s most significant office and industrial projects on behalf of some of the country’s largest institutional real estate owners including public and private REITs, regional real estate investors, and local family offices. In her career, Rebecca has managed many large, high profile office assets including Chase Tower, KPMG Centre, Stemmons Place, and Knoll Trail Crossing. She has also managed more than 8 million SF of office/warehouse/logistic assets including Stonebridge Business Park, Turnpike Distribution Center, Heritage Business Park, Alliance Texas, Northgate Business Park, and Corporate Parkway. Rebecca holds both Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator designations, as well as a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License.
PCM brings an institutional-quality, ownership perspective to property management. Tenant retention and service, cost control, and consistent timely reporting to ownership is what differentiates PCM from its competition.
