Prattco Creekway Management (PCM) was launched 2017 to manage Class A-, B and C office and industrial buildings in Texas and surrounding Sunbelt States. PCM has quickly achieved a strong market presence in the management of properties with 1 million square feet under management and brings a strong history of office and industrial knowledge. The owners and principals of the firm are Rebecca Tatsch, Lance Bozman, Blake Bozman and Chad Lunsford. Both Lance and Chad are long-time real estate veterans from Lincoln Property Company and GE Real Estate. The partners have leased over 7M SF, had direct ownership in more than 5M SF and asset managed over 100M SF of Commercial property.
Prattco Creekway Management (PCM) is managed by Rebecca Tatsch. PCM provides a wide range of services to include in-house engineers, institutional reporting, rigorous cost control and accounting services. As an Executive in Property Management organizations she has managed teams and performed the roles of property manager, general manager, construction manager, portfolio manager and director of property management roles. She has managed projects for institutional REITs, regional real estate investors and local family offices. In her career, Rebecca has managed office assets including Chase Tower, KPMG Centre, Stemmons Place, Knoll Trail Crossing; and other office buildings totaling over 6M SF. Further, Rebecca has managed industrial assets including Stonebridge, Turnpike, Heritage, Alliance TX, Northgate Business, Corporate Parkway, Cherry Lane; and other industrial buildings totaling over 4M SF.
PCM brings an institutional quality ownership perspective to property management. Tenant retention and care, cost control and consistent timely reporting to ownership is what differentiates PCM from their competition.

Rebecca Tatsch, CPM, RPA
Property Management Partner
Rebecca Tatsch has more than 20 years of experience in commercial property management and project management. She began her real-estate career at Trammell Crow Company managing properties on behalf of institutional owners. Her career advanced quickly into the management of all commercial product types while filling leadership roles at CBRE, Stream Realty, Transwestern, and CASE Commercial. Areas of expertise include all aspects of property management, tenant retention, acquisition, disposition, due diligence, and construction management in on all commercial types on behalf of private equity funds, pension funds, life companies, REITs, TICs, and private non-institutional owners. She holds all required management licenses & certifications.
Lance has more than 25 years of real estate investment, leasing and development experience. Prior to forming Prattco Creekway, he was the Managing Director of a $1 Billion AIG/Lincoln portfolio that comprised of 4M SF of Industrial and other commercial investments with an overall return of 40%+. Lance began his career leasing 2M SF of Industrial property in the DFW metro. He serves on the Board of Folsom Institute for Real Estate SMU Cox School of Business, SMU Alumni Board and Campus Crusade for Christ – Hungary.
Chad is a 20-year veteran of GE Capital Real Estate. He has a deep background in Risk Management, Underwriting and Operations serving in various management and leadership positions. Since leaving GE, has closed on two properties. Both were in 2016, off-market levered deals with a JV partner. While experienced in multiple asset types, Chad has underwritten, managed and sold over 10M SF of Industrial Product. Chad owned Land (120 acres) which sold on a 2.2x and a Commercial Condo project that resulted in a 2.5x multiple.
